Certificate of Good Standing

This is issued by the Companies Registration Office (CRO) in Dublin and will show that the company has been in continuous and and unbroken existence since incorporation. It also shows no action is currently being taken by the Registrar of Companies to strike the company off the register.
The Certificate of Good Standing confirms:
- Company Annual Returns and Accounts are filed up to date
- Company is not in liquidation or subject to an administration order
- No receiver or manager of the company’s property has been appointed
The Certificate of Good Standing can be Apostilled. This is legalisation confirms that the registrars signature and seal appearing on a certificate is genuine.
We can supply certified Irish company documents from the Companies Registration Office, can then Apostilled by the Consular Section of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. Legalising the Certificate of Good Standing is required for use in other countries.
