Incorporating Your New Irish Company
Your company will be incorporated within 2 weeks from the date that the documents with the original signatures of the directors and shareholders have been submitted to the Companies Registration Office.
You will receive the following:

| Issued by the Companies Registration Office after incorporation, showing your Company Name, Company Registration Number and Date of Incorporation. | |
| Four copies of the Constitution | |
| These state the company name and sets out the main and subsidiary objectives of the company. It also establishes the share structure of the company | |
| Draft Minutes for your First Meeting of Directors | |
| Company Directors and Company Secretary Guidance Booklets | |
| A detailed explanation of your responsibilities and obligations | |
| 2 Forms B10 for Appointment of Company Director or Company Secretary | |
| These forms should be completed and returned to us within 10 days from the appointment of a Director or Secretary. Almost anyone, of any nationality, can be appointed a company director. We can act as Company Secretary for your company if required | |
| Notice of your Annual Return Date (ARD) | |
| Details of your first ARD which will be 6 months after incorporation and then subsequently every 12 months | |
| Form B2 Registered Office | |
| We can provide a Registered Office for your Irish company. The Registered Office is the company’s address in Ireland to which formal communications are sent | |
